Here is a simple checklist to start your season, you will require to adjust as you see fit. MANAGERS SEASON START CHECKLIST

This is a simple team budget template you can use to start off your season.  It is important to remember your team must approve the budget before seed money is collected: Simple Budget Template

Every family on your team will be required to do game day jobs.  This will require 4 volunteers for home games and 1 for your away games.  Please see Game Day Prep for a little more help.  Here is scheduler template you can use to keep your volunteers organized. GameDay Rotation Template

Sports medical forms are required to be filled out by all players: SPORTS MEDICAL FORM

Important: All bench staff (coaches, managers, trainers) must register themselves with RAMP as staff

How to Register the coaching staff and managers:

1. Login to your player's RAMP account to register yourself

2. Click on the "My Account Members" drop-down menu. If you have NOT been added, click on "Add an Account Member"

3. Click on "Register" and choose "staff." *Please do not register your child as staff

If you wish to print your roster on stickers, it is important you use clear stickers.  No team name, logo or coaches information on the sticker.  This must be written in the appropriate spot. GAMESHEET LABELS - Avery Label 7663 (2" x 4" 10 per page CLEAR)
